建物、トンネルなど、コンクリート構造物の健全性を確保するには、構造物に生じる亀裂の検出と修復を早期に行い、構造物の深刻な損傷を予防する必要があります。しかし、亀裂の検出には、時間と労力が必要です。そこで論文では、深層学習として注目されているCNN手法を用いた画像処理による亀裂検出の精度と効率を向上する、「サブデータセット生成と選択方法」を報告しました。特徴は、構造物のさまざまな属性に対して有効な点です。

I am very glad to receive such an award from the Society of Plant Engineers Japan, a renowned and popular society in Japan. I have completed my Doctoral study at Ishii Laboratory of Kanagawa University. During my Doctoral journey, I was worried to present my research work properly in the article, and finally, I was able to do it because of the tremendous support and suggestions of my advisor and co-advisors. I have learned a lot from Ishii Laboratory at the time of my Doctoral study. However, this award will encourage me to do better in the future, and I will continue to do my best.
