Databases are online collections of journals, magazines and newspapers, articles, e-Books, court decisions and laws, company information and other reference works. The Library provides access to hundreds of research databases in many subject and discipline areas. Please find the best database for your research in your topical areas.

You must read though the cautionary points thoroughly and compliance with the user agreement is required when you are using the licensed electronic resources such as databases, e-journals and e-books.

• The copyright of the databases, e-journal and e-books which are introduced by Kanagawa University website shall belong to each copyright holders and the vendors, nd also, it is granted under the copyright law and an international treaty.
• Authorized users are defined as: regular students, faculty and staff of the Kanagawa University who have been given authorized access to the university’s secure network.
• Authorized users are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions. The cautionary points are written in “Use and Terms” and “User Agreement”. You must read it carefully before using electronic resources.
• It is permitted to download and printing the electronic contents for engaging in research activities, scholarly purposes and non-commercial. Authorized users may download or print the licensed electronic resources to the extent that such is necessary. Although you have to comply with the terms and conditions if it is prohibited or limited to downloading or copying the electronic contents.
• Electronic contents may not print out or downloaded in bulk by using software or other automated tools not provided within the databases resources themselves. Please confirm the individual product sites for more information.
• Databases are intended solely for use by individual. You may not publish, re-distribute or make available to third parties any such content which you extract from this service. It is forbidden for anyone to commit a copyright violation.
• All of authorized users are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of these licensed electronic resources. Making any use that exceeds or violates these terms and conditions of use and failure to proper use can result in the loss of access to a resource for the entire University community and legal action being taken by the vendor against the breaching user and Kanagawa University. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

図書館で契約しているデータベース/電子ジャーナルで、契約上VPN接続による利用を許可しているものについては、学外から大学ネットワークへ接続して利用することができます。

• 非常勤講師（一部データベースに限る。※参照）

神奈川大学図書館は　学認（GakuNin）に参加しています。 図書館で契約しているデータベース/電子ジャーナルで、契約上Shibboleth認証による利用を許可しているものについては、学外から利用することができます。
